Living up to his name

Mr Wonderful (aka Alexander) is, truly, wonderful!  He is sweet and beautiful and such a cutie!  Unfortunately, I missed Lia, Ben, Aya, and Steven by seconds tonight after I got off work, but I'm sure they won't be able to stay away long!

This.Is.Great!

Went to Sunriver Resort this weekend to try snow shoeing and get some rest.  It was beautiful, as was Bend.  I even enjoyed being outside in the cold!

It's such a bummer that I won't be here this summer, as I hear the weather is "the most perfect in the world" according to my patient.  I believe it, based on the sunshine we've had the past few days.  Maybe next year...

 Tonight I made "veggistrone", a version of a Weight Watchers soup.  It was delicious!  Thanks Mom and Dad,for making me love vegetables!

I've been pretty (happily) busy lately and keep neglecting to post my new pictures.  Kem and I are getting ready for Christmas with Ben, Lia, Aya, Steven, and the rest of the Seattle family.  So fun!

Cake Pop Maker!

Kem and I had some delicious cake pops this weekend, and I was inspired! So.. I bought a cake pop maker and got to work. First pumpkin donut holes with a maple sugar glaze (vegan and pretty tasty) and tonight gluten-free, vegan brownie bites. My coworkers have more dietary restrictions than I do! I hope the brownies are good!
Next will be some unadulterated cake pops to experiment for Kem's baby shower. We'll see!
