New Ride

I bought a new, less fancy bike to ride for errands! I'm calling her Fern because she is a sweet older lady and is green and brown. 

 

One less car on the road, many more and easier trips!

Chinese New Year has come

My legs are so sore

And so powerful!! I had a great night at the gym Friday, then a beautiful trail run (sans phone, so no photos) Saturday and a long-ish, really hilly bike ride today. We gained about 4000' of elevation!

Thank goodness for good food to recover!  I'm going to go stretch!

The Met!

Today we went to the Met and visited many suits of armor, including one belonging to Henry VIII!
